Things you will need:


1. A computer or tablet.

2. A mobile device (iPhone or Android Phone)

3. Your e-mail address and password for your GEM Microsoft account.


Get Started


On your computer (or tablet), navigate to http://mail.gemission.org in a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)


Enter your e-mail address and password when prompted.  The following screen should show "More Information Required".



Select "Next".


Follow the instructions to download the "Microsoft Authenticator" app to your mobile device.


Once you have downloaded the app, open it and select "Scan QR Code" to add your account.  You may have to allow notifications and/or select "Work or School" as the account type.


Your phone should display "Greater Europe Mission" along with your e-mail address/username if the scan was successful.


Press next on your computer to test the app.  You should receive a notification to approve a sign in.  Select "Approve" on your phone and then next on the computer.  If all went well, your computer will say "Great Job!..."  You can select "Done", and you will be presented with your e-mail inbox.


*If you were given a temporary password to sign in, you will be prompted to change it at this point.
